With the real threat of more terrorists attacks, in the U.S. and overseas, Americans have need for developments of greater self-sufficiency to help them better prepare to defend themselves. NPI proposes to accomplish this self-sufficiency, counterterror-related goal by aiding a process of so-called “counterfear” technology development in a number of areas. Counterfear types of technologies address or anticipate certain types of terrorist attack, and develop effective countermeasures to minimize damages from such an attack. With your help, we can deny terrorists the victory they seek.
