CHICKWEED

Preparation: Boil, fry in butter or fat, or eat raw.
Storage: Sun dry. Store in airtight bag.
Identification: Small plant with white flowers, grows low to ground in a dense mat. Tiny pale green leaves grow in opposite pairs. Flowers are five-petaled and deeply lobed.
